DO YOU ALLOW PETS AT SUNDIAL?
The resort does not allow pets. As per Florida Statute 413.08, the provision of emotional support, well-being, comfort or companionship does not constitute work or tasks for the purpose of the definition of a service animal. Therefore, emotional support animals are not covered under the statute and are not permitted at Sundial Beach Resort & Spa. Only service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are permitted. (Please note: Any disregard of this policy may result in the party being asked to leave with no refund made.)

Resort amenities are exclusively for the use of registered guests at Sundial Beach Resort & Spa. Restaurants, bars, HydroGrid tennis courts, pickleball courts, Sanibel Sea School, Kay Casperson Lifestyle Spa and Boutique, and Bailey’s Marketplace are available to non-Resort guests. (Fees may apply.)
