HAS THE RESORT REOPENED?
The following areas of the resort are currently open: Daycation Resort Day Passes, Shima Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar, Turtle’s Tiki Bar, Sea Breeze Bar, Pickleball, Tennis. The Sea Breeze Café restaurant will reopen this fall. Reservations are being accepted for overnight stays starting in November 2024.
WHAT MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?
We proudly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express for payment.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS AT SUNDIAL?
The resort does not allow pets. As per Florida Statute 413.08, the provision of emotional support, well-being, comfort or companionship does not constitute work or tasks for the purpose of the definition of a service animal. Therefore, emotional support animals are not covered under the statute and are not permitted at Sundial Beach Resort & Spa. Only service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are permitted. (Please note: Any disregard of this policy may result in the party being asked to leave with no refund made, and a cleaning fee charge of $500.)
IS COMPLIMENTARY PARKING PROVIDED? ARE THERE PARKING RESTRICTIONS?
A complimentary parking pass will be provided. The pass should be hung from your rear view mirror with the information side facing outwards. All vehicles must fit in the provided parking spaces. Any vehicle that exceeds a parking space is not permitted and must be parked offsite. Boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes and/or recreational vehicles are prohibited.
WHAT DOES THE RESORT FEE INCLUDE?

ARE RESORT AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO THOSE NOT STAYING THROUGH SUNDIAL BEACH RESORT & SPA?
Resort amenities are exclusively for the use of registered guests at Sundial Beach Resort & Spa. Restaurants, bars, HydroGrid tennis courts, pickleball courts, Kay Casperson Lifestyle Spa and Boutique, and Marketplace are available to non-Resort guests. (Fees may apply.)
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR RESORT CHECK-IN?
The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age.
WHAT ARE THE FITNESS CENTER HOURS?
The Fitness Center is open daily from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm.
ARE THE RESORT POOLS HEATED?
Yes, the main pool and other four pools are heated.
WHERE IS THE CLOSEST HOSPITAL LOCATED?

DOES THE RESORT OFFER AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION?
The resort does not offer transportation. However, several transportation companies service the island including Island Taxi, Sanibel Doubled, Sanibel Taxi, and Dolphin Naples.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out is by 11:00 am.
DO I NEED A LICENSE TO FISH?
For information, please visit Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Locally, you may purchase a license at several island businesses including the main Bailey’s General Store (Tarpon Bay & Periwinkle) or The Bait Box (Periwinkle).
ARE LAUNDRY FACILITIES AVAILABLE AT THE RESORT?
Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in each unit building.
