WHAT WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING MY STAY?
You’ll enjoy recreation including kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles, tennis, pickleball, and new bocce ball courts. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, fitness center, spa, and the main resort pool will be available along with our new pool shower facilities. Resort dining will be open.
WHAT WILL BE NEW AT THE RESORT CENTER?
Lots! We’ve added a new restaurant, Beach Bites, offering a Mexican-inspired menu along with pizza and ice cream. Bocce Ball has come to Sundial, located near the east tennis courts. Four more pickleball courts have been added and the existing 12 courts are all newly resurfaced, as are our tennis courts. The main pool deck now includes two private shower facilities and the pool has been newly resurfaced.
You’ll notice new décor and updates throughout the resort including an enhanced lobby experience, an enlarged Sea Breeze restaurant and new bar, and refreshed event facilities and marketplace. Shima Japanese Steakhouse has expanded to include more seating and a beautiful sushi bar overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. Everyone’s favorite, Turtle’s Tiki Bar, has been rebuilt along with a new patio area. Our fleet of recreational equipment and beach equipment are all brand-new and ready for your enjoyment.
WHEN I BOOK ONLINE IT SAYS ‘MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIRED FOR ARRIVAL DATE’. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

WHEN I BOOK ONLINE IT SAYS ‘DATES ARE NOT AVAILABLE’ WHEN I SEARCH 12+ MONTHS OUT – ARE YOU SOLD OUT?
Reservations can be made for up to 12 months out. Availability would not yet be posted if you are looking for a date further out than one year from the date of your search.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY SANIBEL ISLAND VISIT?
Many island restaurants, recreational opportunities, and businesses have reopened since the hurricane, and all island beaches are open. An updated list of open businesses may be found here. Upon resort reopening, it is important to note that there initially may be active construction around the island and at some resort accommodation buildings. For your safety, please be mindful of any restricted and signed areas both around the island and at the resort. Please also note that elevators may not be available in every building; please contact reservations at 866.565.5093 for details. Our island community has made incredible strides and continues to push forward with full recovery efforts, and we are delighted to welcome you back to our home.
