Our employees aren’t just great at serving our guests. They’re superstars. We have the nominations to prove it. Twelve of Sundial Resort’s employees were nominated during the Lee County Elaine McLaughlin Outstanding Hospitality Service Awards “E-Awards” Ceremony on Tuesday September 9th, 2014.
The E-Awards honors excellence through extraordinary service and dedication within all facets of the hospitality industry. Our 12 employees were nominated for the high-quality “experience” and “outstanding assistance” they provide visitors and local residents at Sundial Resort. The E-Awards recognizes the Sanibel-Fort Myers area’s most outstanding service professionals who go “above and beyond” the expectations of local customers.
In order to be nominated, the individual must demonstrate many qualities including service satisfaction, leadership work ethic, job knowledge, community awareness, and compassion. Below, is a list of the 12 Sundial Employees who were nominated for an E-Award:
Every year, Lee County holds the ceremony in order to increase public awareness of the outstanding customer service being provided by Lee County hospitality professionals. There are six categories for nominations:
- Attractions
- Accommodations
- Good Samaritan
- Restaurants
- Transportation
- Other Services/ Businesses, along with the Honor of Distinction
E-Award Winner
There were a total of 600 E-Award Nominees this year. We would like to congratulate all 12 of our nominated team members and formally announce the achievement of Director of Owner Services Cara Pennetti, the winner for superior service in the Accommodations category. We are so proud of Cara and all of the employees who were nominated!
