Dial It Up Pickleball Camp

What a week! We kicked off our first Sundial Dial It Up Pickleball Camp earlier this month with 38 players and 7 instructors. The camp was a huge success! We had a great time teaching new skills, brushing up on the basics, and seeing our attendees battle it out in matches. Thank you to everyone for helping to make this first event a hit!

Here is a look at the itinerary for upcoming winter 3-day camps:

Enjoy expert instruction with 5.0 teaching pros on our award-winning courts with this three-day camp.  Your stay includes three nights lodging, daily breakfast buffet, welcome reception and drink voucher, $15 restaurant voucher, two and a half days of play and instruction, plus access to all resort amenities during your time off the courts.

Schedule of Events:

Day One

1:00 – 4:00 pm – At the kitchen line and why it’s so important: Offense (Volleys, Dinks, Overheads) Defense (Volleys, Dinks, Overheads)

4:30 pm – Meet-and-Greet reception (light snacks and one drink voucher provided) at Turtle’s Tiki Bar

Day Two

10:00 am – Noon – Court Positioning:  Serving (where to stand, aim, what the goals are), Returning (where to stand, hit down the middle and deep, then book it up to the kitchen)

1:00 – 2:00 pm – 3rd shot drops/drives, transitioning to the net from the serve/return

2:00 – 3:30 pm – Point Play

Day Three

10:00 am – Noon – Review from last 2 days, The Pro’s favorite drills/games

1:00 – 3:30 pm – Point play, matches
