How to Make Sundial’s Blue Wave Cocktail

If you’re feeling thirsty for a taste of the beach, then this Blue Wave cocktail is definitely for you. Follow the directions and try your hand at making it at home or just come visit us at Turtle’s Pool and Beach Bar, voted Best Happy Hour and Best Tiki Bar on Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Vanilla Vodka
- ¾ oz Blue Curacao
- ½ oz Pina Colada Mix
- Pineapple Juice to Fill
- Ice
- Pineapple Wedge to Garnish
Recipe:
- Fill a cup with ice.
- Add, to that cup, the Vanilla Vodka and Blue Curacao.
- Slowly add the Pina Colada mix.
- Top with Pineapple juice until drink reaches just below the lip of the cup.
- Pour contents into shaker and SHAKE.
- Return mixed cocktail to original cup and garnish with a Pineapple Wedge.
- Enjoy!
