Sundial Beach Resort & Spa Reveals Renovation
Refreshed Amenities and Accommodations Enhance Guest Experience
Sanibel Island, Fla.— After several months of renovations, Sundial Beach Resort & Spa unveils its newly designed accommodations. The resort’s refreshed features include upgrades throughout many condominiums, and several additions to the first floor of the Resort Centre. A new state-of-the-art fitness center provides owners and guests plenty of room to exercise. The open to the public Sanibel Sea School campus, Kay Casperson Lifestyle Spa & Boutique, Bailey’s Marketplace and Slice of Paradice, a poolside pizza and ice cream parlor, allow resort guests and the surrounding community a chance to learn, relax and dine at the new Sundial.
“The condominium owners and resort guests are thrilled with the new spaces and thoughtful features and amenities,” said Brett Lindsay, director of sales and marketing at Sundial Beach Resort & Spa. “We are excited to showcase the property to our owners and past guests and look forward to welcoming new ones.”
Special attention was paid to creating a transformative sense upon arrival to the resort, including enhancements to landscaping and outdoor spaces. The white-sand beaches and abundance of natural treasures on Sanibel Island served as the inspiration for the refreshed amenities, from an upgraded pool deck to onsite kayaks and bicycles, so guests can enjoy the beach or explore the island.
The resort’s three restaurants offer seasonal menus and include Gulf of Mexico views.
- Sea Breeze Café offers breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant and on the patio, where guests can enjoy a combination of classic tavern fare, innovative entrees, salads and sandwiches.
- For those who prefer an outdoor dining experience, Turtle’s Pool & Beach Bar serves up a casual menu full of island favorites and signature cocktails.
- The newest dining addition, Slice of Paradice, is a pizza and ice cream parlor located alongside the pool deck.
Sundial Beach Resort & Spa has 12,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor space and 11 event spaces able to accommodate up to 300 guests, making the resort a premiere destination for both leisure family travel and guests traveling for business, special occasions, conventions, and conferences. The amenity-rich property also boasts six new HydroGrid® clay tennis courts, an onsite pro for personal tennis instruction, and special adult and junior training programs.
RLR Investments L.L.C. and Columbus Hospitality Management have assumed leadership of the resort and, with decades of experience managing hotels and resorts around the country, are devoted to providing the highest level of hospitality service.
