On Wednesday, Dec. 31, from 6:30 p.m. to midnight, Sundial transforms into Sanibel’s hottest New Year’s destination with a party that seamlessly blends tropical luxury with family-friendly fun. 

An Evening of Island Indulgence 

The night centers around an expansive buffet showcasing the bold, vibrant flavors of the islands. Guests will savor Caribbean shrimp cocktail, jerk chicken skewers, herb-rubbed beef tenderloin alongside crab cake sliders, artisan pizzas and truffle mac and cheese. The feast culminates with a dessert bar featuring mini key lime tarts, chocolate-dipped pretzels and a build-your-own ice cream sundae station.

A live DJ spins crowd favorites while guests enjoy photo booth memories, interactive games and even a spirited pie-eating contest.
