The marriage ceremony – as the old poets and misty-eyed romantics would put it – is a matter of the heart. Such as it was for Faith and Justin, who were recently wed at Sanibel Island’s Sundial Beach Resort & Spa.

The couple chose to hold their wedding at the luxury resort on Florida’s southwest Gulf coast. It marked in their memories a scenic splendor that will carry forward into their lifetimes together.

Couple Sends Their Heart-Felt Gratitude to Sundial Staff

In early May, Faith expressed her gratitude to the staff at Sundial Beach Resort & Spa: “I truly cannot find the words to express how thankful Justin and I are to Tiffany, David and all the staff at the Sundial who helped make our wedding the best and most beautiful day of our lives.

“Justin and I had so much fun and could not have picked a better place to begin our life together.”

Faith and Justin chose to hold their wedding ceremony on the resort’s one mile of stunning beach with the turquoise waters as their backdrop. The reception was held in the Sundial Room on the third floor, allowing guests a glimmering view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Sundial Room’s large outdoor terrace gives guests a panoramic view of the Gulf, making it a popular choice for cocktail hours and receptions.

“Everyone was just in awe of how beautiful everything looked and how smoothly everything went,” Faith said. “The food was delicious, the service was excellent – a special thank you to Eddie, who served us, and took great care of me and our bridal party during pictures on the beach. We all had so much fun. Thank you for coordinating everything with the music, cake, pictures and flowers.”

Faith and her bridal party enjoyed the expert services of Sundial’s  Gulf front Kay Casperson Lifestyle Spa.  Faith wasn’t shy about naming names and pointing out those responsible for her wedding day beauty preparations. Hannah at the Spa desk was “sooo patient, friendly and accommodating.” But so many of the staff at Sundial Beach Resort & Spa had a way of overwhelming Faith and Justin.

“I wish I could remember all the names of the ladies who did our hair, nails and makeup, because all my bridesmaids and friends just could not praise them enough.”

Despite the pre-wedding tension, Faith recalls one kind lady in particular: “I do remember Heather, who did my hair and makeup and became special to me that week. I was so nervous and jittery, but because she was so kind and easy to talk to, I was able to actually relax. She did an amazing job and I have honestly never felt more beautiful.

“Overall, we just had our expectations exceeded in the whole experience,” Faith said.
