Women’s Wellness Weekend
This Fall, October 27-30, 2022, Sundial is proud to host a Women’s Wellness Weekend and help our guests relax, realign and reflect.
With the help of expert instruction from Andrea Trank, participants will be led through a variety of wellness activities, including yoga, journaling, well-being assessments and more. Andrea Trank is a multi-talented expert in the field of wellness with certifications as an Integrative Medicine Health Coach, Gentle Somatic Yoga Teacher, HeartMath® Trainer and Clinical Coach, and Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath® Practitioner as well as an e-RYT Yoga Teacher.
The full weekend includes expert instruction, along with resort lodging for three nights, daily breakfast buffet, two dinner events, spa service* and resort activities including complimentary access to tennis, pickleball, kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles and fitness center.
